Raymond Olivas “Chief Executive Panadero”
After a business degree from the University of Texas – El Paso, and over 10 years in the retail industry focusing on the Hispanic retail market, Ray quickly jumped at the opportunity to bring a family tradition to his hometown of El Paso, TX and the US community. Ray’s passion for the artful baking of Pan Dulce comes from the continuous summers he spent in the family bakeries in Zacatecas, Mexico. Thus, in an effort to share and revitalize the fading art and beauty of traditional methods and flavor, Ray brings his experience and love to the art of Pan Dulce.

Joaquin Rios “El mero-mero Panadero”
Joaquin is the brains behind the consistency in family recipes and methods. You could say he was born into the art as his experience of over 40 years encompasses a family lineage of working in his father's and grandfather’s bakeries in Zacatecas, Mexico. Thus, as a notable Mexican baker, Joaquin has continuously maintained the authenticity of flavors for numerous family-owned bakeries in Mexico.
